This self contained bed & breakfast retreat is located as a private annexe in the rear section of our spacious older style Margaret River home. It has been creatively renovated with attention to space and design, ensuring a number of private indoor and outdoor spaces for your relaxation.

Your hosts, Dorothy and Greg, live in the front section of the home and can be called upon with any queries or requests to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

The retreat provides flexible accommodation options for four guests. Bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed; bedroom two has a queen and a single bed; and the bed- sitting room contains a double bed and a large couch.

The double bedroom can also be used as a sitting room & the sun room includes the large day bed.

Both the bed/sitting room & the sun room have French doors leading to the outdoor living areas: The deck and barbecue area overlooking the courtyard; the covered dining area & the private outdoor spa.

Soft oriental night lighting creates a warm, inviting ambience in the outdoor areas.

The modern bathroom has a deep luxurious bath as well as a shower. The outdoor shower is conveniently located to shower off beach sand before relaxing in the spa.

The small galley kitchen includes all basic conveniences needed for a short stay holiday, including: a cooktop; microwave oven; fridge/freezer & quality cookware & crockery. This European style kitchen also includes a washing machine.

A fresh assortment of local produce will be in the kitchen on arrival for you to enjoy breakfast at your convenience, including: a choice of cereals, coffee & tea; fresh fruit & vegetables of the season; bacon & eggs; & fresh bread. Vegetarians will be gladly accommodated on request.

The house has reverse cycle airconditioning to keep you warm and cozy in winter, & cool in summer.
