Just a 10 minute walk from Settlers Spa Retreat and you will find yourself in the Margaret River Township where you can enjoy the cosmopolitan charm of the town’s vital street culture and the many culinary delights that are on offer every day of the year YOUR VIRTUAL TOUR:A spacious well appointed home, surrounded by natural bushland, towering Red Gums and abundant birdlife, you can expect to enjoy the sounds of nature, both morning and evening. As you walk through the main entrance of this tranquil house sunlight streams through a wall of North facing windows and lights up the central entertaining area. You will simply delight in the use of timber and leadlight throughout, and the warm country feel as soon as you walk in. The huge open living/dining area is quite simply stunning, and consists of a lounge area with comfortable leather couches to sink into while enjoying a wine in front of a WOOD FIRED HEATER. In another corner you can enjoy a home cooked meal, or if you prefer, a take away from the local pizzeria, seated at a square eight seater timber dining suite. This area also has a buffet /wine rack and a CD/RADIO. The kitchen is well appointed with loads of bench space with a large fridge/freezer, fan forced oven, dishwasher and MICROWAVE OVEN. Sliding doors open out from the entertaining area onto a large deck, comprising an eight seater outdoor setting and BBQ. On a summers evening enjoy the ambience of the glittering fairy lights as you sip a well earned glass of wine. A country style verandah surrounding the house is secure, as is the shaded back garden and the perfect area for children to play safely. The back paved area is also fitted with a basket ball ring, so please remember to bring a ball. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Upstairs features the large master bedroom, with a queen bed, walk-in robe and ensuite. It also boasts its own retreat and two-person CORNER SPA with views overlooking the forest. This is the perfect setting that promises you a dream holiday or honeymoon. Leading off the kitchen/dining area is an adjoining entertainment room with couch, flatscreen TV and a DVD /VIDEO unit. This will keep the peace and allow for two separate lounging areas if required. Down the hallway there are another three bedrooms, one with bunk beds and two further rooms with queen beds. A second bathroom has both a bath and a shower, and the second toilet is separate for further privacy. The well appointed laundry is under the main roof and comprises a washing machine and dryer.
