Wiltons Bistro, opened by Wendy and Nick Wilton in May 2008, is located
in the small garden town of Nannup, in WA's southwest, overlooking the meandering
Blackwood river and its approach bridge from Busselton.
Chef Nick Wilton, winner of 4 Fine dining Gold Plate Awards while Head Chef at Pierre's Garden Restaurant in West Perth, now presides over the small kitchen in the Bistro. Well known for his tasty and interesting food, and especially for his generous helpings, Nick enjoys the country environment to express his joie de vivre.
The menu includes locally sourced and reasonably priced fresh produce,
together with local wines.
