| Wine styles: The flagship wines of the Cullen stable are: Sauvignon Blanc Semillon, Chardonnay Mangan and Diana Madeline Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot. These wines can be enjoyed now and will also benefit from cellaring. Complimentary to the flagship wines are two wines, the Ellen Bussell White and the Ellen Bussell Red. We also do a few wines throughout the year that are available at Cellar Door only. The vineyard site at Cullens was carefully chosen for its potential to produce great wine, and in particular red wine. The philosophy of Cullen Wines is to search for the best quality expression of the vineyard in the wine. The maritime climate, rocky soils, dry farming, and biodynamic practices all help to create individual and diverse wine styles which are unique to Cullen. |

| Facilities: The Cullen restaurant overlooks the historic vineyard located in Cowaramup.  The building’s unique construction from granite
and timber blends harmoniously with the surroundings and provides
a relaxing place to enjoy a glass of wine, lunch or a coffee.Our vineyard is Certified "A" Grade Biodynamic with the Biological Farmers Association and in keeping with the organic/biodynamic philosophy in the vineyard, all food in the restaurant is prepared using fresh, biodynamic and organic produce and is sourced from our own garden and select local producers.
